This looks like a cozy- comfortable seating area where you would want to stay and visit... Mostly the seating, but I like the idea of the chalkboard too... maybe.

Inspirations

I like the whimsy of this renunculous garden in a shiny old suitcase. I'm not sure I'd like it with any other flowers, but these ones just say, 'this is just for fun'. It would be cute in a sunroom I think.

Also I just found a (an expensive) online store called Pale and Interesting that has really beautiful pictures, and mega expensive beautiful things... A good place to get ideas at least.

I need color!

All of these pictures I've been posting are imagined in a colorful atmosphere! It looks like, from my photos that I'm going for a monochromatic scheme, but this is not the case- I love color! More will follow

Wall art usually doesn't say much to me, but I like interesting vintage prints like this

Family Art

I think silhouettes are fun and personalized art- (that don't take so much talent). My mom used to make murals in our house, and it was cool to have unique art, but she is a wee bit more talented in that area than I am... perhaps more patient too. Anyway I just spotted this set of art and I love how some of them are linked together! Cute.
